Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-traffic drops or limited releases, processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide from the United States.

United States

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Express: 1–3 business days

International

• Standard: 7–21 business days

• Express options vary by region

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Thursday of 0010 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we’ll sort you out.

Wrong Address

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address, and you’ll need to handle redelivery with the carrier.

Pre-Orders & Drop Items

Some releases may be pre-order or made-to-order. Shipping times for these products will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless stated otherwise.
